Regulated Agent

Sovereign is an regulated agent according to EU ((VO) 300/2008 and EU (VO) 185/2010.

German Federal Aviation Administration audits have been successfully completed in all German locations, and the air security programme has been adapted to the newest amendments of 29.04.2010.

Sovereign is an official contractor, fulfilling the requirements of the LBA (Luftfahrtbundesamt - German Federal Aviation Administration). Sovereign is registered at the LBA with the REG Numbers of the locations (see right side) and the audits in its Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne and Munich locations have been successfully completed. The changes of the amended legal basis from 29.04.2010 have already been incorporated in the current form of the air security programme.
